To streamline the setup process, make sure you have the following ready:
Payout Information: Bank account details or a PayPal email for receiving payments.
Tax Information: Your Tax ID or any relevant tax documents.
Government-Issued ID: A valid passport, driver’s license, national ID card, or residence permit.
Ensure you have these documents prepared for a smooth verification process and quick setup.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through each of the following steps to set up and launch your store:
Create a Product: Add your first product to the store.
Link a Game Server: Connect your game server or integration.
Setup Payouts: Configure how you’ll receive payments.
Verify Your Identity: Submit the required documents for verification.
Wait for Store Review: Your store will be reviewed before going live.
Enable Live Mode: Once approved, launch your store to start selling.
The first step to launching your store is creating a product. Your product is what customers will purchase from your store.
In the Onboarding section, you'll see a navigation bar with steps to guide you through the setup process. Click on Step 1: Create a Product to be taken directly to the product creation page.

The second step in setting up your store is linking a game server. This step connects your store to the platform or game you’re selling through.
In the Onboarding section, click on Step 2: Link a Game Server to be taken directly to the game server setup page.
For detailed instructions on how to link a game server, visit our guide here.
The third step in setting up your store is configuring your payout details. This ensures you’ll receive payments from your sales.
In the Onboarding section, click on Step 3: Setup Payouts to be taken directly to the payout setup page.
To set up payouts:
Click Setup Payouts on the Payouts page.
Complete the following steps in the payout setup wizard:
Address: Enter your contact information, including your email, phone number, and address.
Payment Method: Select how you want to receive your payouts (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).
Tax Forms: Provide any necessary tax documentation based on your location. For U.S. companies, a 1099-K form will be issued at the end of the year for tax reporting purposes.
Review and Confirm: Verify your details and save your settings.
Please note:
PayPal payouts may be limited to certain currencies, such as USD.
Ensure your payout method is eligible to receive payments.
Identity verification is a crucial step to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of your store. We’ve integrated a secure verification process to protect against fraud and comply with industry standards.
In the Onboarding section, click on Step 4: Verify Your Identity to start the verification process.
To complete verification:
You must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to set up the account and complete the ID verification process on your behalf. Once you turn 18, you can transfer the account into your name.
Your ID must be valid and unexpired.
Click on Verify Your Identity in the Onboarding section.
Follow the instructions to upload your government-issued ID and provide any additional required details.
Wait for the verification process to complete. This typically takes a short time.
